Dope Ammo – Take Me Away EP | Drum & Bass / Jungle

Dope Ammo returns with a fresh take on “Take Me Away”, bringing Sam Deeley and Sensa’s track into the Jungle and Drum & Bass territory with a new three-track EP built for the dancefloor.

The release brings together the original “Take Me Away”, a Sam Deeley VIP and a heavyweight Jungle mix from Dope Ammo, DJ Hybrid and Pedders. The remix gives the track a tougher D&B treatment while keeping the core of the original intact, turning it into a version that feels right at home in a proper soundsystem setting.

There’s a nice balance across the EP, too. The original sits at 136 BPM and is classified as Breaks / Breakbeat / UK Bass, while the Dope Ammo, DJ Hybrid & Pedders version pushes into Drum & Bass / Jungle, with Beatport listing the remix across a 117–136 BPM range.

It’s another release that highlights Dope Ammo’s connection with the old-school side of UK bass music while keeping things fresh enough for today’s D&B and Jungle sets.
