Dagenham Town Show

The 60th anniversary of the borough's annual family festival for all members of the community.
The event features Council and community exhibits, a concert stage, craft village and arena displays. Plus family favourites including workshops, funfair and rides.
On the Sunday this year the Town Show Carnival Parade is set to be the best yet and will proudly be led into the show by the Olympic Torch Relay, making this a unique and once in a lifetime opportunity to celebrate the spirit of the Olympic games in London.
The Town Show takes place at Central Park, Wood Lane, Dagenham, RM10 7EJ

John Evans 11.30am to 12.10pm and 1.00pm to 1.40pm
John Evans holds 32 'Guinness World Records' and 38 'Record Holders Republic World Records'.

He has appeared on television worldwide in Hollywood, Portugal, Taiwan, Chile, New York, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, Australia, Germany, Paris and China.
Things John can balance on his head include 10 tyres, 225 pints of beer, a cement mixer and a quad bike. In his bigger show he adds balancing 97 milk crates, 10 beer kegs and a Mini Cooper. (All Guinness World Records).



James Dylan Stuntworld 12.20pm to 12.40pm and 2.00pm to 2.20pm
James Dylan formed Stuntworld in 1972 and since then has gone from strength to strength resulting in the present format of four motorcycle riders, commentator and stunt coordinator. Stuntworld has performed all over the world including tours of Australia, the USA, Middle East and Far East. James has appeared on numeroustelevision programmes and videos including ‘The World’s Most Amazing Videos.’

He was the first person ever to land on the back of a moving motorcycle by parachute. He is also the official stunt trainer for EuroDisney and has been selected as Stunt Co-ordinator by many of today’s greatest stuntmen.

Ticklish Allsorts are the perfect family entertainers presenting fun shows full of laughter.
All their shows are energetic, colourful and crazy with songs, games, stories, puppets and surprises and a very funny traditional Punch and Judy show.
Static Arena 7 - Urban Noize Workshop and Showcase

In the Urban Noize Music Arena, live acts from Urban Noize and DnB Noize will play a wide range of music from the fresh and up to date right back to the classics.
The Urban Noize Workshop includes music production tutorials, lyric writing techniques, dance and stage presence workshops, plus much more.
The Urban Noize Workshop intends on bringing the community together and encouraging the younger generation away from their games consoles, to have a try at being creative in a modern way.
Sunday Events

R and B legend Lemar will close the show on Sunday. He has sold more than two million albums since his appearance on Fame Academy in 2002, and is also a multiple Brit and Mobo Award winner.

Titan the Robot is an entertainment concept unlike any other and has brought laughter to millions across the globe. Titan’s show is both funny and entertaining and completely captivating.

A fast paced comedy show suitable for all ages which can attract huge audiences and can bring traffic to a standstill, basically if you are in the vicinity Titan is something that no one wants to miss. People often come from miles away just to see Titan at an event.
Titan has appeared along side superstars such as Will Smith, Rihanna, JLS, Jackie Chan, Hugh Jackman and Kylie Minogue and his TV appearances have included Big Brother, Jools Holland, The Gadget Show and Daybreak. Titan the Robot – The Future of Entertainment
The Adjudicators Impeccably dressed and determined to keep all fun and games fair, they are keen to host their own mini Olympics. All are encouraged to go for gold in a range of daft time trials and silly races, backed by tannoy announcements and completed with an award ceremony boasting its own plinth.
Ticklish Allsorts do great walkabouts with their animal puppets, balloon modelling and comic routines and will invite you to play with “Polly” their parachute during the day.
Heliosphere Creating the illusion of flying, a helium filled balloon rises, falls and glides overhead, suspending a balletic aerialist below tumbling and turning from ground level to twenty meters. A spectacle to inspire, mystify and enchant.
